[nfbcs] Software Version Control with Gitlab v9.3.5

Hi John,

I'm sorry for not replying sooner. I haven't used gitlab yet, but GNOME is 
likely to start using it, so it looks as though I'm going to need to in 
the future. I have a Linux vps, so I could set it up there if you'd like 
me to do that.
