[nfbcs] Proposing an EZ tech questions list

I've been thinking lately that people might find a new NFBNET list useful,
where they could ask fairly simple tech questions, like:  How do I make an
MP3 file play in something other than Windows Media Player?  How do I make
Identifi work on my iPhone?  How do I make Talkback start talking again,
without sighted help?

That kind of thing.  It would hopefully take such questions off other lists,
and give people a better place to ask them.

I'd sign up for it, both to give what answers I can and ask some myself.
But I do see how it could get crazy. And some moderately knowledgeable
people would have to be willing to sign up and answer questions.

What do people think?
