[nfbcs] Proposing an EZ tech questions list

Hi, I have to third the vote for no on this issue. Perhaps, for a different reason although I do agree we don't need another list to monitor. My reason is because there are several other list that address the issues you are asking the newly proposed list to address. They may not be housed on Nfb net.org, but they do address the issues you are asking about. Just Google some of the topics and you will find list that address the issues.
