[nfbcs] Proposing an EZ tech questions list

Fine, it was just an idea, which I wasn't sure was a good one.

I will say, though, that I have googled questions before I've asked a list,
and gotten no answer.  For instance, it was my question about how to restart
Talkback without sighted assistance, and Google did not find me anything
useful.  Guess I didn't ask the question in a way it understood, whereas
it's perfectly comprehensible to another blind human.

Hi, I have to third the vote for no on this issue. Perhaps, for a different
reason although I do agree we don't need another list to monitor. My reason
is because there are several other list that address the issues you are
asking the newly proposed list to address. They may not be housed on Nfb
net.org, but they do address the issues you are asking about. Just Google
some of the topics and you will find list that address the issues.
