[nfbcs] Any Suggestions for Getting Past the Captcha on PayPal

I don't use Paypal that much, so I forgot my password. I got it mad somehow,
so now it is asking me to verify that I am human with a captcha. Given that
there is no audio captcha and web visum will not run, I cannot solve it. Any
suggestions? In any case, has anyone ever told Paypal that what they are
doing is not good?
