[nfbcs] putting all contacts in BCC field in Outlook 2013

Greetings:

There is a known bug with JAWS in that we can't tell what has been selected.
I have this same problem in the Inbox when I want to move multiple messages
into another folder. You have to take it on faith until you paste that what
you want to move has been selected.

You might also consider making a group list in Outlook with the contacts in
it, but that process is a bit tedious at the beginning.

I have an upwards of a hundred contacts and I have to email them once a
month.  I was hoping there was a way to select all of them at once using key
strokes.
