Hey Ryan,

Below are the steps to perform for putting all your contacts in the To, CC, or BCC field in a message:
* I am using Outlook 2016 with Office 365. But, I think that it is the same in Outlook 2013.
1. Start a new message with Control N
2. Shift tab to the cc button and press space
3. Press shift tab from the search field to a radio button field, which needs to be set to name only not more columns. This will make the names come up in the list field. This is a very important step!
4. Tab twice to the combo box. Change this to the source of your addresses
5. Tab to the list view with the names in your contacts
6. To select all the addresses, press home to get to the top of the list, and then press shift end to select from the top of the list to the end. Control A for select all did not work correctly when I tried it.
7. After selecting all the names, press tab to the button for the field where you want the contacts, To, CC, or BCC
8. Press space on the button and the names should appear in the appropriate edit field
9. Press tab to the edit field where the contacts should appear. And, you should hear the names by using up or down arrow keys. Remember, that more than one name will be on each line.
10. Tab to the OK button and press space and the names will appear in the appropriate field in the message

I hope this helps.
Have a wonderful day!

I have an upwards of a hundred contacts and I have to email them once a month. I was hoping there was a way to select all of them at once using key strokes.

If you need yto search for someone in your contacts, you can press control shift b to get the list of people in your a.ress book. I don't know if there is a wild card that will make all of the contacts pop up but a letter or two will get you a list.
