Finally F10 started to work again after I upgraded Jaws. I still have problems 
highlighting the program even after I pinned it to my start menu. I wound up 
calling Freedom Scientific tech support who told me to go to the open file 
location option where the program was highlighted, allowing the correct menu to 
come up to create my shortcut. I hope this explanation makes sense.
