[nfbcs] reason for firefox inaccessibility maybe

In Linux version, a setting in the tab bar to block assistive technologies 
exists and Mozilla may have sent at least one of their versions of firefox 
out with that setting checked by default.  If that can be checked on 
windows it may be possible to uncheck that setting and save the change (if 
that is even possible), then check firefox configuration files for what 
was written in terms of that setting.  With that information, it may be 
possible to roll a configuration file with an editor with block assistive 
technology turned off or maybe do this  on the command line as firefox is 
run if any such switch exists to accommodate this change.
