[nfbcs] [EXTERNAL] 2018 Science Division Agenda July 5, 2018

First, the NFB in computer Science Division isn't the same thing as the 
NFB in Science and Engineering Division.

Second, the collaboration with Microsoft might have resulted in numerous 
improvements, such as improvements in Narrator, the ability to get 
started with Windows 10 independently, improved accessibility of 
SharePoint and so on. These are improvements I've seen recently, and I 
have no idea how much credit the NFB in CS deserves. It's unfortunate 
that your particular use cases weren't addressed, but the best way to 
ensure they don't get addressed is to stop supporting the NFB in CS and 
to stop letting Microsoft and the NFB in CS know about the difficulties 
you're running into.
