[nfbcs] Skype for Business

Hi Steve:

I've been able to deal with Skype for Business on a basic level. It's easy 
to send files to colleagues since you just have to tab once after pressing 
enter on their name. Can you or someone tell me how to change my sounds? I 
used to get a sound when colleagues sent an IM, even if I'm still in the 
same window. Thoughts?
