[nfbcs] F12 not working on JAWS

Hi Stacie, does f12 give you f12 when pressed alone or do you have to press
fn on the keyboard to get f12, or another thought, do any of the other
insert-based jaws functions work with insert+function key or are they also
not functioning properly.
 Also, what language are you using when jaws exhibits this behavior,
English, Khmer, or another.
Please reply on list or you can write to me directly if you want me to try
to help you further.
I could also call you if you want as I have unlimited long distance covering
all of Canada and the US as I see your number in your signature block, or if
you want I can share mine with you as well.

My name is Stacie Leap. I have a problem that I hope someone on this
list can help me solve. The F12 button typically tells me the time and
date when I press it but somehow now the button does not tell me the
time or date and just say :F12." I am not sure if I did something to
turn it off or whatever. Can someone tell me how I can get this button
