[nfbcs] The new ReCAPTCHA looks promising

Hello Aaron and everyone,

	This is the kind of bot control I've suggested for years. It detects
bots without requiring any user interaction and could finally lead to an end
to the problems captchas have posed for blind computer users. Yay! It's
about time.
