[nfbcs] Unable to use SFC and DISM to check windows 10 integrity

Dale, did you install windows and possibly other software on this pc
using imaging, if you installed from stock media dism is probably not
going to do what you need as your dism command also needs to contain
pointers to your deployment share and the like to check the integrity
of your install.
