[nfbcs] strange JAWS error

Hi everyone
I have a new laptop running Windows 10 and Jaws2019. All seemed to be
working fine until recently when I keep getting a strange message from JAWS
when the computer starts up. The message says, a Jaws error has occurred
and the touch input may not be working properly. Please restart Jaws. If
the problem persists, call Freedom Scientific.
I also used to get the sign in prompt from Jaws,but I don't get that
anymore.
 Suggestions are welcome
