[nfbcs] strange JAWS error

I'm afraid this does require a call to Vispero Tech Support. I know this will take some time to resolve. Sorry.

I will bet they will tell you to run a JAWS repair. I am also assuming that when JAWS was installed, the installation occurred under an ID with administrative status.
