[nfbcs] Ken a blind person use Windows backup? And can someone restore the data while using a screen reader? Or should I use something else?

Good morning the subject line pretty much says what I am trying to
achieve here. Long story short I just want to back up the windows
portion of my computer. But I am a little bit nervous about the Windows
backup utility because I’m wondering if it is going to be usable with
a screen reader? And then of course should I need to restore the data,
can I still use a screen reader to do the? If the Microsoft default tool
isn’t that great to use, then what tool is recommended for this
purpose. If I do need to use another tool, i.e. software here, what
package what people recommend?

PS this data needs to go to in an external drive. Can the be set up for
any file system? In other words if it required to be either fat 32 or
NTFS?
