[nfbcs] JAWS 2019

Hi all,
I am not sure but I believe this is an issue with JAWS 2019 and interfacing with the Microsoft Outlook package in general. I have JAWS 2019.1901.66 as well and the email address auto complete is not work for me while using Outlook 2013. I did not install JAWS 2019 when if first was released, so I was not sure if the auto complete bug was in the release or a recent update. I immediately notice the bug when I moved from the latest  version of JAWS 2018 to JAWS 2019. I also noticed that when I add a email address to my block email under the junk menu that the dialog pop ups that pop up confirming the action are no longer spoken either. 

However back to the auto complete of email addresses, a sighted person confirmed for me that the possible choices for auto complete do appear on the screen. I love the new features in JAWS 2019, but I use email way too much where not being able to auto complete  is worth for me to revert back to JAWS 2018 if this is not fixed soon.

Rebecca,

Have you downloaded the latest version of JAWS 2019 that came out within the past week or so?  If not, give that a try as it may fix the problem.  My JAWS version is 2019.1901.66.

Who can	 	w		e talk to to get this fixed? At this point, I don't care who broke it, I just want it fixed. Seems an odd break as it worked fine in JFW 18

In an interesting comparison, I have observed that Narrator reads the autocomplete in the new message dialog in Outlook 365  just fine.

JAWS 2019 at present contains a huge productivity improvement for people who want to craft documents using Microsoft Word. Any time you spell a word incorrectly, JAWS 2019 will play a buzzer. It makes a different sound when the incorrect word is fixed.

I always urge folks to keep their screen reader current because many changes on the Web are happening affecting all computers—even those still running Windows 7.
