[nfbcs] JAWS 2019

Hi all!
I’m sorry that I’m slow on my responces!!! I’m overloaded at college because of my math class going to the Devel’s house. Your tech thing that you complained about sounds like a bug in JAWS 2019 interfearing with Outlook 2013. I don’t know if you’ll have better luck with Outlook 2016. I would look into finding out if JAWS 2019 works better with Outlook 2016 instead of Outlook 2013. If it does, you might want to look into upgrading your Outlook app on your computer and hunt for any improvements. I have Outlook 2016 myself so I’d like to know if there are any bugs regarding JAWS 2019 and Outlook 2016. The big bug I have noticed with Outlook 2016 is that there is a major delay in sending all emails. When I say major delay, I mean, that it takes at least half a day to send anything on my computer. I discovered that it’s a bug when I googled up the problem a couple of weeks ago and I found people complaining about it with Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016 and almost every vertion of Outlook since 2010. No, it’s not a JAWS bug because it’s a bug that can afflict the sited computer user. I wanted to warn you of this bug just in case you decided to upgraid your Outlook app on your computer. I work around the problem by sending all Emails on my phone instead of my computer. My phone is a lot more efficent at this job than my computer. I hooked up my Email with both Drop Box and Google Drive. Whenever I need to send around a document, I use my phone to do it instead of my computer. Since most of my documents are homework, I have to take the phone route to send in my writing papers so that they are not late in the prosess of the submition itself. If you don’t have a smart phone that allows for sending emails and you run into this bug, you are a bit stuck here. If I was in that boat, I would send my homework the night before the due date or even the day before the due date so that it would have enough time to get through. I would also inform all teachers that you’ve got that bug so that they don’t dock you points that you can’t control with losing. Mind you, the bug should also be reported as well. I’d do it but I also don’t have enough time to report the bug so I haven’t been able to report it. Darn!!!

Thank you for taking the time to read this E Mail!
Blessed be!!!

I have JAWS 2019.1901.66 as well and the email address auto complete is not work for me while using Outlook 2013. I did not install JAWS 2019 when if first was released, so I was not sure if the auto complete bug was in the release or a recent update. I immediately notice the bug when I moved from the latest version of JAWS 2018 to JAWS 2019. I also noticed that when I add a email address to my block email under the junk menu that the dialog pop ups that pop up confirming the action are no longer spoken either.

I love the new features in JAWS 2019, but I use email way too much where not being able to auto complete is worth for me to revert back to JAWS 2018 if this is not fixed soon.
