[nfbcs] jaws speed

I've never been asked this at an interview, and I'm not sure what any 
number would mean to an employer since I don't think they typically ask 
this question of sighted interviewers, so I doubt they'd have a good 
frame of reference. I guess if I were asked, I'd say I don't know but 
fast enough to get the job done.
