[NFBCS] Mac Programming Editors

Hello,
There is a free one in the Mac app store called COT editor. It is very accessible and reminds me of editors like EDSharp and Notepad++. If you want a bit of a challenge you could install emacs with Emacspeak and use that. It actually works quite well on the Mac.
