Try tapping the Windows key by itself, then return to the program that is giving you trouble. I have seen this with JAWS on a Dell desktop computer when I was at work. -- Lloyd Rasmussen

Subject: [NFBCS] JAWS keyboard issue

A couple of my consumers and I are having an intermittent issue on HP
laptops running several versions of JAWS. Periodically, something happens
and we are not able to type the letter G. I think we have determined that
it is launching the Game Bar. I have turned off all the hot key settings in
the "Gaming settings. I have also deleted and reinstalled the keyboard
driver, which seems to correct the issue (temporarily) but after a few days,
it comes back. I contacted Vispero tech support who helped me to identify
that it is launching the Game Bar and confirmed that others are experiencing
this on HP laptops, but no solutions. Has anyone else experienced this and
found a permanent solution?
