[NFBCS] JAWS keyboard issue

Yes it is the Xbox game bar. If you do a Google search you can find out how
to permanently remove it through power shell. But then your computer will
do an update and you have to do it again. You cannot do just the basic
uninstall as it is a program worked into your computer. It must be done
through admin of the power shell. Stop listening
