[NFBCS] How/when is it a good time to disclose

Just my opinion, but blindness is not in it self a “disability”, rather it is an impairment of one of your senses.
When disclosing your vision impairment, I suggest you discuss how you implement various techniques to overcome or work-around your impairment.
