[NFBCS] How/when is it a good time to disclose

If you are working online and not in person is there any reason at all to divulge that you are blind? Or deaf, or in a wheelchair or dyslexic or what have you?

There is a famous cartoon with tow dog using a computer, one turns to the other and says: "On the internet no one knows your a dog."
