[NFBCS] Insert Key on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Type Cover- solution

yes, it works. This is the way I set up my Jaws. First, I have it in laptop
mode so you can use the caps lock as insert as needed. I keep my fn on all
the time because I need the f keys all the time. However, I still have to
hold down the fn in order to do the top right insert key whether the FN is
locked or not. That is the trick.
