[NFBCS] Which graphical screen readers are folks using under Linux/BSD/Unix?

hello. Yes, I'm familiar with many of the terminal based options, I
use YASR as my daily screen reader where it works beautifully. I'm
specifically interested in the graphical environment, Firefox, so I can
have a fully capable browser in my usual work environment. right now, if I
need a graphical browser, I have to move to Windows or my iOS device to do
my browsing. That's been working fine for many years, but I feel it's time
to improve this situation if possible.
I'm also exploring the idea of running a Windows VM in my Unix
environment, just to get Office and the browsers in Windows. Right now,
I'm not sure which is a better choice, Orca with Firefox or a Windows VM.
Has anyone done the latter?
-thanks
-Brian
