[NFBCS] Github Organisation Repositories and Member Access

Hi,

I am currently the owner of a GitHub organisation of three members and I am
having a little trouble satisfactorily managing each member's access to
different repos. My problem is that if I give everyone write access to
every repo, I can't decrease this privilege for individual members regarding
individual repositories. But if I only globally give each organisation
member read access to every repo, when I go to the write access section, it
simply states something like "nothing explicitly gives <name> write access
to this repository". But there appears to be no option to change a member's
individual write access to an individual repository.

I've checked the GitHub docs on this matter but I'm still perplexed. Is
there anything I can do to manage the situation more thoroughly?

Regards,

Nathaniel
