[NFBCS] Linux and Virtual box

If you can use the command-line you should be able to perform all
virtualbox operations using vboxmanage. I don't know what the user
interface looks like under Voiceover.

Orca should be in the main repositories. Or at least, it is in the
repositories of my debian 9 machine.

When the VM window gains focus it will grab the keyboard and
keystrokes will be passed to the VM. You can configure a key that
releases the keyboard. On a linux host it is the right control key by
default.
