[NFBCS] Columns in PDF

How would I know?  I pick "right to left, top to bottom" from the PDF startup choices, and the doc presents me with a long row of data.  Does that mean it's properly marked up?

Are the columns formatted into a properly marked up table? If not I would talk to the power company about whether they could create accessible PDF documents. They can print those just like they print what you are getting.
