[NFBCS] Missing text in OCR of PDF

Perhaps you could try giving it to Seeing AI or Be My AI? Seeing AI does very good OCR, and if that doesn't work Be My AI will give you the full text of the document. Also you could try Adobe Reader's built-in OCR rather than using JAWS OCR? I think the free version of Adobe Reader will ask you if you want to perform OCR when opening an image only PDF and that OCR is pretty good. Seeing AI and Be My Eyes are both available on iOS and Android, and Be My Eyes is also available on Windows for Be My AI.
