[NFBCS] Scheduling Zoom Meetings

Hello Joe:

For me, scheduling through the Zoom website brings with it several
advantages.

1.	You can copy the text of the meeting invitation to the Clipboard and
paste it into whatever email you want.
2.	Unlike a lot of Zoom meeting invitations I have received over the
years, you can modify the text you just pasted to say anything you want and
convey whatever additional information you need to pass on.
3.	You can hide recipients in the BCC field.
4.	You can remove the unnecessary clutter that usually accompanies
traditional Zoom meeting invitations.

Kind regards,

Curtis Chong

Subject: [NFBCS] Scheduling Zoom Meetings

To continue the earlier thread, how are people scheduling Zoom meetings?
Scheduling through the website seems efficient, and I assume lets you
schedule without necessarily sharing everyone's email address? I've just
been using the meeting invite feature in Outlook, but I hesitated to lean on
that method since my guest speakers do not always want their personal email
address shown in the distro list.

I used the Outlook plugin for a brief period, but it was always glitchy for
me for some reason. Is anyone else using it successfully? This would be my
ideal method to just do everything from one application.

Is anyone using the browser extension?

Thanks in advance for any tips. Truly, I'm grateful Curtis posted about the
course, because even though I am not likely to purchase it, it really was
helpful to get this discussion started.

Very appreciative,

Joe
