Mark,
To disable receiving messages from the nfbnet lists, go to
http://www.nfbnet.org
1. click on "Join or drop nfbnet mailing lists";
2. Choose nfbf-l from the list;
3. Find the heading that says "To unsubscribe from NFBF-L , get a password
reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email
address";
4. Enter your email address;
5. Select "unsubscribe or edit options",
6. Find the place to enter your password and click "Log in";
7. Scroll down to where it says "Your NFBF-L options";
8. Check the box that says "Disable". At this point, you will also find a
check box that says "set globally". If you check this box, all your nfbnet
mailing lists will be on "No Mail".
9. Click on "Submit my changes".
I hope this helps!
Fraternally,
Marion
