[Nfbf-l] any special laws for blind home buyers?

Tara,
When I bought my home I got my loan through Bank of America. They have a
disability rate on some of their mortgages. The going rate when I bought was
8.5%, BOA gave me 5.7%. Quite a difference at the time.

This past Christmas a friend got the same offer from BOA but his rate is
fixed at 4.9% since the rates were lower then.
Hope this helps.
