David, 

I too was glad to see you yesterday at the Sfrta ADA meeting. If you
remember all of what you have mentioned is in our pedestrian paper from last
year and that is what Reps Schointi and Garcia will be using for the bill
which will be going to drafting as soon as it is open at the Capitol.

I will talk more about it at our legislative committee meeting in a couple
of weeks.
