Dear All,

Each Chapter has a constitution model based on the State Affiliate's
Constitution, but is allowed to make their own changes within reason and
that do not violate the States Constitution. The Changes also must be
approved by the State Board of Directors before going into effect.
Most of the changes a chapter makes are the amount of dues each year to the
chapter, how much they will give the State from their fund raisers, when
they will hold elections and terms of officers, What day of the month they
will meet, etc,etc.

Pat Florida State Board Member and a chapter President for 18 years
