[Nfbf-l] Newsline changes

Everyone,
No one has to pay long distance to call Newsline! If the local access telephone number in your area code is eliminated all you need to do is call the toll free number 1-888-882-1629. I explained that in my original message announcing the change.
So please understand that information and spread it around -- no one will have to pay long distance to listen to Newsline.
Thank you,
Sabrina Deaton, Chair
NFB-NEWSLINE, Florida

Thanks for the information Sherri! I guess someone will need to market for more
corporate or government funds to cover these areas that are being eliminated. If
we don't, I can't imagine anyone wanting to call long distance every day
just to hear a paper or magazine! I know my Veteran's definitely won't!

For those in Pinellas County, you can use the Tampa local number which will
still be in effect. That number is 813-549-0004. For those who have unlimited
long distance, the national number can be used to save the program the toll-free
charges. I don't have that number in my head but it can be obtained by
choosing option #1 from the main menu. HTH!
