[Nfbf-l] Bowling for the blind

Betty,
    It is too bad you won't be able to join us! When I had a lot more 
residual eyesight, I was a pretty good bowler. My ABC average was near 180. 
The last time I went bowling was a few years ago with my daughter and I 
rolled a 30! I have never used rails, but think they would be very helpful 
to me! Can you or anyone else on the list give me some pointers? I think 
Merry and i will go out before the event to try them out, as I will probably 
be the one to give the instructions mentioned in the message!
    BTW, Kris Scheppe is helping the Chapter organize a sailing outing for 
July! As you can tell, the Chapter is doing more innovative, adventurous 
activities to attract new members.
