I'd have to disagree with you on that point. I think its also about choice. 
Mississippi has two options for their consummers. The triditional center, or 
the other center witch teaches using structured discorvery thory. The NFB 
centers are privietly funded from what I understand. It would be something 
worth looking into in my personal opinion. If it works out it works out. If 
it doesn't it doesn't. You'll never know if you don't at least explor the 
possibleity. I personally think that having an NFB training center here in 
Florida, as I said, DBS clients would have a bit more choice, and placing 
the center in a large city in say Maimia or Tallahassee, would give students 
the chance to practice their cane skills, and would also give them an 
opertunity to learnbus and amtrack travel. Plus, you wouldn't have DBS 
trying to screw arround with the policys! RJ
