[Nfbf-l] CCB stay denied, please help

Hi, guys.  I just got word from DBS that my stay at Colorado Center
for the Blind was denied.  According to Beth Crain, my counselor, "DBS
is not able to send someone that far away, when there are other
options closer."  I call it bullshit and against my right to informed
choice.  If any of you guys wants to help me with this, that would be
nice.
