[Nfbf-l] CCB stay denied, please help

O.K. Why is DBS denying her choice? Her informed choice? She wants to go to 
CCB, and some one told her to go through DBS, and she took the suggestion, 
and they denied her! So You see why I had such a problem with DBS? RJ
