NFBF Friends,

I am in total shock to learn of the sudden death of Bill Hebrock. I
considered him to be a true and capable supporter of blind people. As a
lobbyist, Bill knew how to work effectively with our state legislators to
garner support for crucial legislative issues. He was keenly intelligent and
I was always impressed with Bill's ability to smoothly get at the heart of
the matter at hand in a clear and concise fashion.

My heart goes out to his family and many friends. He will be greatly missed!

May he rest in peace.

Kathy Davis
