For all members following is information on webinar for access issues with 
technology devices and communications
issues for deaf or blind.

The U.S. Department of Justice has formally expressed its intent to propose 
new federal regulations implementing the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA) to address the access needs of people with 
disabilities with respect to web sites, video description, and
equipment, including so-called electronic and information technology, among 
other issues. The Justice Department continues to seek
input from the public about these matters, and they need to hear from all of 
us.

All comments must be received before midnight Eastern on Monday, January 24, 
2011. Comments can be submitted online and uploaded as
an attachment. To offer comment on each area of proposed Justice Department 
action, follow these instructions--

* For Internet information accessibility, include "CRT 110" in the text of 
your comments, along with your name and contact
information, and then file them at:

* For the availability of video description, include "CRT 112" in the text 
of your comments, along with your name and contact

Department's actions, and how you can most effectively urge
the Department to move forward with proposed regulations that will have the 
best possible odds of both becoming the law of the land
