Dear Yasen,
	As state scholarship chairperson of the NFB of Florida, I really got
to know you much better through our telephone conversations and exchange of
e-mail. . I just felt in my heart that you would land a national
scholarship. After all, you have amazing sterling qualities - grades,
community support, dedicated family man and are even able to hold down a
full-time job. In addition you are an active member of the Pinellas Chapter
who wants to become increasingly involved with the Federation.  

	I am just so pleased and happy for you. Your experience as a
national scholarship winner will be almost as valuable as the hefty check
you will receive. We hope you will be a dedicated Federationist for years to
come.
