Josh, if you move here, going to the ocean to 
cool off can be ok but be careful of the 
sun.  Use a good sun screen or you will be 
fried.  My wife, who is from Pittsburgh, and who 
tolerates the sun well, says the sun is much more brutal here than in PA.
