Dan, you couldn't be  more safe than in a large hotel! We could just get 
together and  eat and  drink the hotel right out of their inventory! LOL! KH

These months are right in the middle of Hurricane Season. A few year ago
this idea was proposed, but did not float because of the risk of a quick and
expensive cancellation do to destructive weather.

I agree.

I think September or October would be better than January due to the
Holidays being so close.
