[Nfbf-l] paypal accessibility issues

When the page is blank, try pressing TAB. Sometimes JAWS loses focus of 
the page and it's an issue FS has never resolved. If that doesn't work, 
JAWS could be stuck in "Applications Mode." Pres NUMPAD PLUS twice 
quickly to turn off applications mode. If you're on a laptop, press 
JAWSKEY+SEMICOLON twice quickly.
