Hi Kathy,

We've been friends for quite some time and I hope this message finds you
well.

I haven't encountered any problems but I have some questions for you please.

What version of Jaws are you using?

What version of Windows do you have?

What version of internet Explorer are you trying to use and if you are using
Firefox what version?

If you need help with any of the above questions e mail me off list at the
following address.

Jellsworth1 at tampabay.rr.com

Thanks,
Jim

I appreciate the response. What happens is, after I have logged in and
chosen send money, and then chosen pay for goods and services, it loads
another page which JAWS indicates to me is blank. It does not read anything
at all. That is where I cannot continue.

Kathy

PayPal redesigned their site a while ago to take advantage of web
accessibility standards. I've never had issues, so I'm curious what
exactly is going on when you say JAWS "isn't reading" the page. Can you
be more specific? What do you hear when the page loads? I send money
often with the PayPal desktop site and JAWS.
