All I did was point out that Amazon's online application process may not 
work for JAWS users because of the virtual format they use. They use images 
and as we all know, they do not work with JAWS. After I posted that, I was 
privately accused of "not having the skills" needed to perform a call center 
job. I am sure there are many who do not have the skills, but I have 25 
years of experience, and consider myself to be quite proficient with the 
computer. I let Cheryl know this, and she decided not to post anything 
further. That of course is her choice, but I've done nothing wrong by 
stating facts.
