[Nfbf-l] Nationwide Uber monnitoring project

Do we have to be a guide dog user? I use Uber on a daily basis, and I have 
found issues that pertain to other things besides service animals that I 
believe Uber needs very much to address. If you are in need of a user to 
provide feedback unrelated to service animals, please let me know.
